Philippe Kretz has 10 years experience in the financial industry. After earning his Bachelor and Master in Economics and Management from l’Ecole des HEC at Lausanne University, Philippe was hired by Goldman Sachs in London within the Fixed Income Division. He then moved to Private Banking as a relationship manager with Credit Suisse in Geneva, Deutsche Bank in Singapore, prior working as a Director with Julius Baer in Geneva. He holds a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) and a CMT (Chartered Market Technician).

Philippe is a passionate runner, a book addict and a father of 2 children.

Laurent Kretz has earned a Bachelor degree and a Master in Economics and Management from l’Ecole des HEC at Lausanne University. He started his career at JP Morgan in the hedge fund division in Geneva, he then moved to Singapore for the next 4 years with Deutsche Bank Private Banking where he developed a platform to welcome and serve european, asian and middle east private clients.

Laurent is a golf addict with a handicap of 1.

Xavier Rey studied at HEC in Geneva. He is a professional in real estate and hotel management. He participated in the acquisition and development of numerous real estate projects and hotels in Switzerland and abroad as well as concepts of renovations and site management

After being Director of the Center Athmos **** Hotel in La Chaux de Fonds, he joined the Group Rentimo SA in Geneva. He also became a member of the Executive Board of Rey Hotels & Residences and takes over as Director of Sagitta Hotel, Drake Longchamp Hotel and Residence in Geneva. In 2008 he was appointed CEO of Swiss Hospitality Holding AG.

Besides his activities in these areas, he serves on the board of directors of various Swiss companies.

In addition to his many professional activities, Xavier pursues a military career. After commanding a company of Grenadiers for 7 years with the rank of captain, he is at 33 years old an Of EMG candidate accepted by the army chief, with entry into the School of General Staff on the 9th of November 2009.

Xavier is also an avid equestrian and director of an equestrian center in Versoix.
